Terms of trade

First, we will point out, that all our products are handmade, some are even one of a kind, so with that in mind, there might be minor differences in texture, weaving, sizing, colours and making from one item to another. This will be within the acceptable margin. Please keep that in mind when purchase our products.

Prices

All prices in our webshop is in Swedish kronor and includes Swedish tax (25 %). We reserve the right of eventual fault in product information including price and amount of stock.

Payment

We are offering payment by card, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. PayPal, Apple Pay and Swish. When an order is made via our webshop, we will push forward the payment, when the purchased product has been picked from our stock, packed and are ready for shipping.

Pick up

You are able to pick up your purchased order at our studio on appointment basis. Our studio are open after agreement, and at special occasions.

Freight and delivery

Currently, we accept shipping to Sweden and Europe. Regarding other countries / territories – send us an email, and we will try our hardest to find a solution that meets your needs.

Prices within Sweden: Standard prices as of PostNord. Free shipping within Sweden on all orders of SEK 1000 or more.

Delivery and freight price for orders to Europe or other countries is based on weight, measurements and delivery adress. When we have the delivery adress, the freight price will then be added to the packed order, and the payment will effectuated.

Delivery time is based on whether it is a product from our stock, soon to arrive, special made or custom-made order. If the product is in stock, a purchase will be send from us within 1-3 working days, from the day we have registered your order. Delivery time within Sweden will be within 2-4 working days, and for Europe 5-6 days.

Return and exchange policy

Products from our stock, do include the right to return or exchange within 14 days from the day, you receive it. The products has to be returned in the original box in the same condition as received, unused, and undamaged with tags and info material. Please kindly contact us before any return / exchange. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible of any damage during return shipping. To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:
Due to the nature of Custom-made products, they are not covered by the above policy.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted:

• Any items with signs of obvious use.
• Any items not in it’s original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Reclaim policy

All claims (production faults, wrong product or freight damage etc.) must be as soon as possible upon receiving the product.. If the package has been damaged, please kindly contact the transport company or the delivery point to make your claim. Hereafter do contact us.
Regarding reclaim policy, we request photos of the damaged package. If there is a claim on a product, we do also need photo of the product, and a description of what is damaged.

Photos and colours

We can’t guarantee that the colours from the photos shown in our webshop / webpage looks exactly as the physical product. This has to do with, how colours is shown on the digital media you are using, and how the screen setup is of the device you are ordering from. And we can’t guarantee that all pictures are displaying the true colour. This has to do with the camera, the light of the exact photoshoot, place and other settings.

Personal information and privacy

While shopping at our webshop, you accept that we do collect the data given by you, like your name, adress and phone number. This is to make sure we can make the order, and be able to get back to you. For more information do check our privacy policy.

Using rtidbyludo.com does not give you the right to use our Trademark or any other intellectual rights of RTID by Ludo.
